Through the CFHPC, the voices of local healthcare providers, People with HIV, those at risk of HIV, and other concerned citizens in the area can be heard to address the needs and establish priorities for Ryan White Part A & B funds.

The Central Florida HIV Planning Council is managed by Planning Council Support, which provides technical assistance and serves as program liaison. Heart of Florida United Way receives federal funds from Orange County Government to conduct Planning Council Support activities.
