Planning Cycle October 2026-September 2027

Member To Do:

  • Submit your nominations for CFHPC Officers and Committee Chairs
  • Submit a Letter of Intent if you would like to do a new three-year term
  • Submit items that you would like included in your committee’s annual report

 

Officer Nominations

Instructions:

  1. Review the requirements of the open positions and the members who are eligible for the role.
    1. Let PCS know if you are uninterested in being nominated so that we can take your name off of the roster. 
  2. Fill out a nomination form for any individual that you think may be best suited to fulfilling a leadership role on the Planning Council. You may nominate more than one person, and you may self-nominate. Everyone should nominate someone for the Officer roles of Jr. Co-Chair and the FCPN Representative. Only nominate someone for Committee Chair if you are assigned to that committee.
  3. Complete a Letter of Intent if you are self-nominating. Letters of intent should contain:
    • A statement of willingness to serve
    • Previous Planning Council/Group experience
    • Why you will make a good Committee Chair or Officer
  4. Return the form(s) to PCS by Monday, August 10th, via email.
