Advertising

The Florida Department of Health launched advertising campaigns that created a focus on HIV Testing (how often and where to go), What is PrEP, requesting home test kits, and where to go for HIV treatment. All information was modernized and linked via the www.talktestcfl.com page.

Bus Wraps & Shelters

Information about getting tested, PrEP and where to go for HIV treatment was advertised through Lynx bus wraps and bus shelters in high impact zip codes (32805, 32839, 32808, 32822, 32811). Addressing transportation as a barrier to care is a key strategy of the plan to End the HIV Epidemic in Orange County.

 

Radio

Radio ads were run on each National HIV Observance Day in English and Spanish on 104.5 the Beat, 99.3XL and 100.3 Rumba.

Digital Streaming

Talk Test Treat Central Florida developed a campaign for digital advertising on your favorite streaming apps! The ads highlight Ending the Epidemic, HIV home test kits, and Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Together the digital streaming ads reach over 50,000 people per month.

Print and Social Media

Talk Test Treat developed content linking to www.talktestcfl.com for Facebook and Instagram as well as advertisements for Watermark Magazine.

Educational Bulletins

Educational bulletins were posted at over 30 grocery stores, gas stations and other sites in high morbidity areas

Digital Billboards

Since December, 12 digital billboards have displayed HIV prevention and treatment options on our infamous I-4, increasing the visibility of our community in the fight to End the HIV Epidemic!

HIV Home Test Kits

In October, Talk Test Treat Central Florida began offering free at-home HIV testing kits to Florida residents. With the OraQuick In-Home HIV Test Kit, you can test yourself for HIV and find out your status in as little as 20 minutes, without ever leaving your home. Tests are sent via FedEx within 48 hours of the request. Over 600 kits have been issued to date with over 170 community partners participating in community distribution.

Mobile Testing

In order to reach individuals in the community where they are at, Talk Test Treat created mobile testing solutions for our top priority populations and high morbidity zip codes 32805, 32839, 32808, 32822, 32811.


Since August 2020, Talk Test Treat has educated 1135 people, provided 380 people with HIV rapid tests, and issued 17,500 condoms.

A partnered collaborative collecting community data to identify interventions combatting HIV stigma.

Provider Detailing

Delivering interventions for enhanced HIV and PrEP education to medical providers, schools, and community centers.
