The purpose of Data Presentation is to provide the Central Florida HIV Planning Council with information that will help them make informed, data-driven decisions in the Priority Setting and Resource Allocation (PSRA) process.

Priority Setting & Resource Allocation

The goal of the annual Priority Setting Process is to establish sound service priorities based on data and service categories predetermined by HRSA to address existing and emerging needs of People with HIV(PWH) within the Orlando Service Area (OSA). The goal of the annual resource allocation process is to allocate Ryan White Part A and Part B funds to prioritized service categories according to the existing and emerging needs of People with HIV (PWH) in the Orlando Service Area (OSA) and with adherence to the HRSA rule requiring at least 75% of the funds to be used for core services and no more than 25% of the funds to be used for support services.
