Integrated Plan (2022-2026)

The purpose of the 2022-2026 Integrated Plan is to identify HIV prevention and care needs, existing resources, barriers, and gaps within our area and outline the strategies to address them. The committee will use this plan to set multi-year goals and objectives for the EMA to establish upcoming activities for the CFHPC’s planning cycle. Meetings occur on the third Monday of each month at 2:00 PM. Check out our calendar page for more information if you are interested in attending.
