Needs Assessment & Planning


The Needs Assessment & Planning Committee is responsible for the coordination of integrated planning, the annual Needs Assessment, special studies and town halls, reviewing data and management of data presentation, oversight of the Priority Setting & Resource Allocation processes, monitoring of expenditures, and approval of reallocations across service categories.

 

Since April 2021, the Membership Committee and PR and Marketing Committee have been merged due to the COVID-19 pandemic. See here for materials from the merged committee.
